In regards to COVID-19, I have assumed new protocols for practice from my governing body and WorkSafeBC. If you would like to read my Safety Plan, and my strict cleaning protocols I have put in place, it is available for your perusal.

Please read on for details of what to expect at your appointment time.

**Be aware of the brief new COVID-19 waiver you MUST fill out before your appointment. It will automatically be sent to you in an email, 24 hours before your appointment.**

If you have any symptoms of: < Fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and painful swallowing, stuffy or runny nose, loss of sense of smell, headache, muscle aches, fatigue or loss of appetite > - please cancel your appointment with no fee. Even “allergy sniffles” must be taken seriously during this time.

For any subsequent appointments, you will receive the same COVID-19 waiver 24 hours in advance and it will be documented in your file.

Masks for both of us are required. Please wear it as you enter Baker House and as we work through our appointment. Thanks for your understanding and care during this unusual time. If you forget your mask, no worries - I will have disposable ones available.​

I trust that if you feel well enough to make an appointment and leave the house on the day, you are well enough to have your treatment, you do not have any underlying symptoms, and there is no one in your care who is immunocompromised. Let’s do this together.
